Methodology
Our Methodology
Our 5E Methodology divides business operational processes and strategic initiatives into tasks with distinct stages. We ensure our clients receive high-quality deliverables in a timely manner, each stage of our methodology provides measurable data for client feedback for quality assurance and project management.
Stage 1: Engage
Our goal is to understand our client business objectives and asses the project scope and organizational support to meet those objectives. In this stage, clients can expect to see a comprehensive assessment and implementation roadmap along with a refined plan and budget.

Stage 2: Ensure
We analyze the business requirements and translate them into business application-specific, functional and technical requirements. During this stage, clients will iteratively review the plans and designs to ensure they meet the stated objectives. This stage will provide a holistic system planning, design and specification driven by the organization’s business needs
Stage 3: Enable
We will develop, deploy, install, configure and/or customize software and hardware system to fit client needs. Using an iterative approach, clients will review functions when they are coded and unit tested or perform a pilot run of actual business process. At the completion of this stage, the organization will not only have a completed system, but also a thorough understanding of the system.
Stage 4: Execute
We help our client deploy a system that will create a positive impact on the organization. At this execution stage we will be monitoring and administrating the systems to be available for every step and day to day task in harmony with the organization’s overall goals and objectives.
Stage 5: Excel
Excellence is a matter of commitment we promise our clients — that together we will raise the bar to achieve performance that surpasses what was previously possible, performance that re-defies old limits and maps new territory for improvement. Excellence is not an ability, knowledge or practice. It cannot be imposed, or wished into existence it can only be demonstrated by hard work, trustworthiness, teamwork, communication and commitment to make it happen.
